1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GlassTryOn ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cuneyt Emir ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of GlassTryOn.

2. The Service

GlassTryOn is an AI-powered virtual glasses try-on service that allows you to see how glasses look on your face by uploading a selfie and a glasses image.

What We Provide

• AI-generated virtual try-on images ("Generations")
• HD upscaling of generated images
• Storage of your generation history within the app
• Push notifications for background generation completion

Service Limitations

AI-generated results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how glasses will actually look on your face. Results depend on the quality of uploaded photos and are subject to variation. The App is intended for entertainment and preliminary decision-making purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlassTryOn. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. In-App Purchases

Photo Credits

GlassTryOn offers one-time in-app purchases for photo credits ("Photos"). These are not subscriptions — you pay once and keep your photos until you use them.

Free Generation

New users receive one free generation. This is a one-time allowance per account and cannot be transferred.

No Refunds (General)

All purchases are final. However, we will refund your photo credit if a generation fails due to a technical error on our end. Credits are automatically refunded when a generation fails.

Apple's Refund Policy

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's standard refund policy. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore your purchases using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your try-on result.

Generated Results

AI-generated try-on images are created using your input. You own the generated results and may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our Content

The App, its design, features, and all content created by us (excluding your generated results) are owned by us and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Upload photos containing nudity, violence, or illegal content
• Use generated images to mislead, defame, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or credits through technical means

6. Account

You may use the app without an account (anonymous session). If you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your data including generation history and remaining photo credits will be permanently removed.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Generated results will meet your expectations
• The service will be available at all times

AI-generated try-on images are artistic approximations, not accurate representations. Always try glasses in person before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated try-on results.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
