Photo packs start at $0.99. They are bought once, they never expire, and they are only spent after your plan's photos are gone. Packs are available to subscribers, and every one carries 30% extra photos.

How credits are spent

  • Plan photos refill every month and do not carry over.

Common questions

Is it free?
Face-shape analysis and colour match are free and unlimited, need no account, and never send a photo anywhere — they run on your iPhone. Try-ons and recolours are not free: each one costs a credit, and credits come from a subscription.
How do credits work?
One credit is one photo — one try-on or one recolour. A plan refills your credits every month and unused ones do not carry over. Credits you buy in a pack never expire, and they are only spent once the month's plan credits are gone. If a generation fails, the credit comes straight back.
Do I need my own photo of the glasses?
No. The app ships with 95 frames across 9 categories — classic, retro, metal, bold, minimal, sport, fashion, sunglasses and blue-light. You can still upload a photo of a frame you found somewhere else if you would rather.
What happens to my photos?
Your photo is uploaded to our CDN so the AI service can read it, and the result is stored so it is still there when you open Creations next week. Nothing is sold, nothing is used to train models, and deleting your account deletes all of it. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is kept and for how long.
How long does a try-on take?
Usually 30–60 seconds. You can leave the app while it runs — you will get a notification when the result is ready.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. The app creates an anonymous session on first launch. Signing in with Apple ties your credits and history to you, so they survive a new phone.
How do I cancel?
In the app, Settings → Manage subscription, which opens your Apple Account subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep the current month, and any credits you bought in a pack stay yours afterwards.
